one HDPE casting mold made from 1/2″ thick quality HDPE plastic, resin will release even without mold release although it is advisable to use a release agent.
measurements of casting space are
4 1/2″ x 6″ x 1 3/8″ the back is taller to knock out the blank after casting.
make sure there are no leaks prior to casting , use silicone if required
to release the cast blank remove the 2 screws at the front and hit the mold on a hard surface, the blank can then be pried out of the mold.
